5. Internet/NBN: Tenants should verify service availability directly with their preferred provider.
6. We strongly recommend that at least one applicant or a trusted representative physically inspects the property to confirm it meets your needs. This includes but is not limited to checking fridge space, laundry facilities, bedroom dimensions, windows, security features, and fencing. 8. If an in-person inspection cannot be conducted, all tenants must agree to and sign a sight-unseen clause, which will form part of the lease agreement.
