Sale of property

My investment property had been on the market for four months with very little activity or interest , this was through an agent that had been suggested to me by a friend. Three days after listing the agent told me I needed to reduce the price he had told me was achievable. I had seen numerous "Sold by Stacey" stickers and boards throughout Mackay and on social media so decided to give her a call. Stacey welcomed my call and was very open and honest with pricing and strategy on selling my property. She advised to have staging completed which I was initially a little dubious on, but after reviewing other homes that had been staged I agreed. This, I believe was a key factor in selling. Stacey organised everything, I received the listing documentation, she did the rest. She held three open homes with more attendance at the first open home than there had been in the entire four months with the previous agent. I received a phone call post each open home inspection. Stacey called me with an offer on my property after the third open home, and acted in my best interest with the buyer. Agreement was achieved and the sale process proceeded seamlessly. I would not consider approaching any other agent to sell another of my properties in the future. Stacey is a professional Real Estate agent. There is no bullshit, she says it how it is and delivers on this.
