Disappointing Service

We have purchased our home through Team Walker & are disappointed with the service we received. The only time we saw or heard from Jacqui was the signing of the contract. We did receive a text message advising us we would be made top priority with the purchase of our house, unfortunately our bank needed a onsite valuation done on the property and we were told that Jacqui doesn’t do bank valuation and her offsider Harsha didn’t work the day we could get it done so it pushed our approval and settlement out another week. When doing a pre settlement inspection with Harsha he was 40minutes late as he bought the wrong property keys and we had to contact him to find out where he was / why he was so late. When arriving there was no apology. At the pre settlement inspection there was no exit report or entry report to review and Harsha stood in the garage on his phone. We asked questions about the cleanliness of the property and he advised yeah yeah the tenant will have to clean it. It was at this meeting also that he advised the owner is a close friend of Jacqui’s and that the early entry to paint and do the carpets should not be a problem just put it through the proper legal Channels - the next day the request for early entry was declined by the owner. After this we received a phone from Harsha to review the property before settlement to discuss the cleanliness of the property as he had given his word to the tenants before vacating the property that they could get their bond back! The property was dirty and had mould on the windows and the yard was not cleaned up either. So Harsha suggested us to accept the property in its dirty state as we were painting and new carpets so that the tenant could get their bond back. And that the blinds be left as is as we were replacing them - this is not Correct and never was the case. Blinds are expensive and there is nothing wrong with the blinds they just need a clean. We got told what we wanted to hear / typical sales pitch.

The Agent that You will want to sell your property

We engaged Jacqui to sell my investment property. She understood what the brief was and worked with me and communicated with me what the market expectations were and we worked with her expertise and industry experience and went with her advice. What she advised us was exactly the outcome. She did exactly what was asked of her and was honest and professional with all of our dealings with her. I would thoroughly recommend Jacqui to any prospective sellers and buyers. She can pride herself on the exceptional service she provides. Thank you
