Fast, efficient

From Inspection to actual move-in - this took only 16 days! Julia Thai provided good information on some questions I had when I was on site. The assistance from other service provider as soon as you get approved meant there's electricity when we were provided the keys to the house. The various technology platforms they used meant effective and prompt processes - your inspection attendance was tracked; lease document returned on sign-off; bond and advance payment monitored and acknowledged; keys acceptance acknowledged; entry report acknowledged. Our 14 year old dog (listed in the lease) died just prior to signing the lease and we were able, with Stephanie's help, add instead in our lease our other Kelpie dog, subject to certain conditions. That's such a relief for us and gave us great comfort with the older dog's death.
