Communication, Professionalism & Affordability was Exceptional!

From the Initial Appraisal Inspection, selecting Quality Tenants, ensuring the Home was Tenant Ready on our behalf through to receiving our first Landlord Ownership Payment, we were super impressed by Alexandra Palmer and Juliette Geraghty. As a previous Real Estate Agent, Property Manager and Home Owner, I was so skeptical of the level of Property Management Service I was going to receive, that I thought I may have to lower my expectations or just be disappointed. Instead, Alexandra and Juliette blew me away. Alexandra's industry knowledge, years of experience, honesty and genuine understanding of what we were trying to achieve was exceptional. Once we appointed Alexandra to assess our Investment Property, that we personally built and styled ourselves, she arranged everything for us so promptly and efficiently. I have moved here from Nz and after few weeks off trying to find a rental property almost gave up. But then I walked into Ray white office in Pimpama and met with this most amazing woman Alexandra who ran a mile for us and got us a fully furnished townhouse to stay and make us feel at home Thank you all for the highest standard of professionalism shown to make us feel at home.
