Aimee joined the Remax team in 2021 and has 14 years of Property Management experience. She has worked in all facets of property management and is happy to be back in the local community. She started her career in reception and after completing her certificate IV in Property Services moved in to a property management role in Wagga Wagga. Aimee spent 5 years working in Perth in a Senior role as the department manager of a large team, and then moved in to Business Development where she worked with new clients and helped grow the company. During that time she enjoyed training staff and sharing her passion for real estate. After having her son, both her and her husband decided that they wanted to move back closer to family and friends to raise their son. Being in a close knit community is important to her. Now that her son is older Aimee enjoys getting involved in community events and helping fund raise and volunteer for the local school. Junee has such great community spirit and it’s a privilege to work for a company that supports the local community. Aimee appreciates the variety that property management brings and enjoys working with landlords to maximise their return. Communication is the key to balancing a healthy relationship between tenant and landlord.

Kara is an exceptionally driven property manager. Prior to her role at Remax Junee, she gained extensive experience in real estate in Wagga and Cooma, NSW. Her background includes working in both a large real estate firm and a closely-knit team of six individuals. Kara’s career journey is truly inspiring. She began as a roustabout and farmhand before successfully transitioning into property management. Despite her initial training as a qualified chef, she pursued her passion for property management and obtained qualifications through NSW Tafe and Smart Academy, further refining her skills in the field. With a natural affinity for farming, Kara possesses a deep-rooted love for land and property management. She finds great satisfaction in managing properties and ensuring their seamless operations. In addition to her professional accomplishments, Kara is a devoted mother to her two daughters, aged 3 and 12, whom she cherishes despite the occasional challenges they bring. A country girl at heart, Kara finds fulfillment in spending time on her family property and readily lends a helping hand whenever needed. Her strong work ethic, diverse background, and genuine passion for property management make Kara an invaluable asset to the Remax team, providing exceptional service and expertise to clients and colleagues alike.
