Tracey con only be described as an excellent sales person. Tracey gave very useful suggestions on updating the premises for sale which resulted in a good presentation. She communicated frequently and effectively and constantly made me aware of the situation of the sale. Weekly I received updates which showed just how much time she spent on the sale. Finally Tracey satisfactorily completed the sale gaining more than I expected for the property. That was not the end Tracey organised a brief sold ceremony between myself and the purchasers. In summary, an excellent person.j
