Would I recommend Billy M and his team to others? 100% - Oi, Oi, Oi!

Here's our story - my new husband and I had a dream to own our own piece of paradise - we KNEW what we wanted - after much thought we picked our Suburb, and drew up the wishlist of what our home should look like. Then, we started looking, and came up very short! Disappointment was setting in. The future was looking bleak. But then, along came Billy! He listened, and when the time was exactly right, he made it happen. BOOM! It was that simple! (Secret to share - we are pedantic purchasers - specific about what we wanted in a home, the list was l o n g and (almost) impossible. It was AMAZING how Billy ticked all the little, not so little and BIG boxes on our wishlist. When he found the house that he KNEW was meant for us, he let us know. And the amazing race ended - because he got it right - he was SPOT-ON! Billy took the hard work out of an otherwise challenging exercise which comes with purchasing a home - he made the experience, realistic, quick, reasonable, and was supremely professional at all times. It allowed us, as owners (who'd been round the block times before with previous homes), to know that we were dealing with a true professional. It certainly took the tedium and tension out of the process, and we are so thankful for it! Thank you Billy (and your back up team). PS: Hey, guess what, you got us our dream home. WoW!
