This is a good story!
My vendor had a new project and was keen to move his investment property quickly! He was happy to either sell or rent it!!
BUT, he was very firm on his selling price! If this couldn#x27;t be achieved within a couple of weeks, he would #x27;keep it#x27;.
So the race was on between Ally and the RE/MAX Property Management Dept who were also really keen to have this one on their books!
Ally worked hard
No firm contract yet achieved by Day 14, so the property went up for rent. However Ally continued with her sale negotiations for a few more days.
BINGO!!! Ally matched the perfect investor buyer to purchase the unit, who was keen for us to continue our search for an A-grade tenant ready to occupy before settlement.
