if there was a Platinum Standard Award for Service & Performance by a real estate agent then it would be given to Lisa Gavrilovic i was absolutely amazed at the level of service Lisa gave in the purchase of my unit I needed the unit opened up on 5 occasions for tradesmen to come in to measure & quote for several jobs The benefit of this was that on the week of settlement all the quoted work was already done & could be installed that week Also any outside extras that required approval by OC were handled quickly & efficiently by Lisa Any other enquiries on the property were once again handled in a thoroughly professional manner Lisa’s manner at all times was always friendly & showed a genuine willingness to help with any enquiries I can honestly say I have not experienced a real estate agent to the standard that Lisa applies to her work Without hesitation I have given her my Platinum Standard Award
