Beck is just a walking ray of sunshine!! She is so friendly and approachable and made my sale experience seamless. She is not your typical pushy real estate agent because she actually cares! Her communication was very good and she kept me in the loop at all times. Her pricing strategy was great as my property was hard to put a price on due to very few comparable sales so we were in the dark a little at the start. Her plan for open inspections and the large amount of interest made for a very quick sale and she managed to get more than I was hoping for and we had a contract signed within days.
