Smooth and Stress Free Rental Experience

I had a great experience with Real Estate Central and especially with Jo Griffiths. Before this, we tried finding a rental through Facebook Marketplace, Flatmates, and Gumtree. We sent many messages and rarely received responses. It was frustrating and time consuming. On Real Estate Central, this was the first property where we received a response for an inspection. My partner attended the inspection as I was busy at work. We were fortunate to be shortlisted and then approved for the property. Even after being shortlisted, I asked Jo if I could inspect the property myself. She rescheduled another inspection without hesitation. That flexibility meant a lot to us. My interactions with Jo were always positive. She answered calls promptly and helped whenever we needed assistance. Communication was clear and professional throughout the process.
