Real Estate Central (Tamika Stocks) have been very responsive when we have sought clarification from them and actioned matters as quickly as could reasonably be expected. There is a friendly and open communication which aids in building trust between the client and manager. What has also been particularly valuable is the fact that they are prepared to acknowledge and take responsibility if they have made a mistake and/or not fully understood what was required when asked to do something.
