Couldn’t Have Asked for a Better Agent – Thank You Sharlee!

We had an amazing experience working with Sharlee. We found our home within just 2 days of applying, which was incredibly fast and beyond our expectations. As busy working people (I personally have two jobs), it’s not easy for us to manage everything, but Sharlee made the whole process smooth and stress-free. She was extremely supportive and went above and beyond—she even met us at our workplace to help us sign the contract, and everything was finalized just one day later. Thanks to her efficiency, we were able to continue working while moving in at the same time without too much disruption. Sharlee has been incredibly professional, responsive, and caring throughout. She assisted us with changing the door lock, arranged for someone to fix the air conditioning, and always provided clear forms and detailed reports. Her communication is excellent and very consistent. We do want to sincerely apologize that, due to our busy schedules, we occasionally missed some of her emails or were slow to respond. Today, on my day off—after settling in for about two weeks—I finally had the chance to organize everything and sit down to write this review from the bottom of my heart. We are truly grateful for her patience, understanding, and continuous support despite our delayed replies. Moving forward, we will definitely keep a closer eye on our emails and stay in regular contact to ensure everything runs smoothly.
