We are very happy to have Natalia as the property manager for my unit 7/17 Francis St, Millner. Natalia is highly knowledgeable about the local property market and was instrumental in helping me in getting a tenant promptly for the vacant property, while achieving a very good rental return in line with current market demand. She is also excellent at managing the property and prioritising maintenance issues. Whenever something requires attention, she responds promptly and provides valuable suggestions and support to me as the landlord, while always considering the needs and comfort of the tenants. We are extremely pleased with Natalia’s professionalism, knowledge, responsiveness and dedication. I have had a very positive experience with Nathalia. She has always been professional, friendly, respectful and easy to communicate with. She responds promptly to phone calls and emails and keeps us informed about any matters relating to the property. Whenever we have submitted a maintenance request, Nathalia has followed up promptly and done her best to have the issue resolved as quickly as possible. She is approachable, helpful and genuinely cares about providing good service.
