Quick responses and tenant support

Lisa has been responsive of all my emails and requests, and professional and kind in all dealings. Once my application was approved, all agents I dealt with were quick to respond and a pleasure to deal with. The generic/automated phone service for Real Estate Central does seem partially ineffective and would be better suited to have real staff answering the front desk. I called several times at the beginning of my tenancy and could not get through.
