Everything is awesome!

This was our first property purchase out of state. Gerdi was looking after us and she was awesome. Nothing seemed too much of a problem and we did have a lot of problems to deal with. Each new challenge she has an answer for as we got the property sorted out and ready for letting. She got us good tenants and continues to help out whenever needed. Can only recommend.
