Effective Communication and proactive - Jen Har

I’m happy with the service provided by Jen Harvey. During the application process, Jen was very helpful and processing the application was quick. Impressive communication from Jen to-date. After moving in, it was noted the apartment needs a number of maintenance and repairs. When these were communicated this to Jen, she arranged all the maintenance and repairs in shortest possible time, followed-up and gave updates regarding pending tasks. Should thank for her effective communication and being proactive. I’m glad that she is my realestate agent.
