She's good, helpful, considerate, approachable & easy to communicate.

She's very considerate & very patient and what I admire her the most was that when she told me that you could pick up the keys today at this time, and I said we could not because we're not available, she found ways how to give us the house keys by dropping it to my work and not all agent will do like what she did. She was also very patient in waiting for the forms that we needed to submit and very approachable especially during the time we're processing our application forms.
