Everything is done!

Roz and her team are fantastic. So easy to communicate with, always speedy responses and things get done before we even need to think about them which makes owning and renting out our investment property feel so straightforward. We always know what's happening - for example when advertising the house for rent we didn't have time to even ask how the process was going; the applicants were screened and sent straight through to us! Also small details are communicated so well: for example when a very well-deserved leave period was taken, we were told in advance who our alternate contact would be for that period which we so appreciated. It's great to feel complete trust in your RE agent, while also feeling that she cares for tenants and makes fair suggestions when issues and negotiations pop up. Can't go wrong with Roz and Real Estate Central.
