There's room for improvement

My experience is that to get anything done regarding a water leak in the wall I had to do it myself. "Its a mystery that will never be solved" is the biggest cop out I have heard in my life. Whilst investigating another response was "the body corporate has fallen asleep on it" . I found i had to do all the initiating to get the ball rolling. We have contractors invoices that are unpaid as we were told to fix the damage ourselves. Apparently body corporate insurance will cover this and the loss of tenancy. Still no response. Trying to ring Laura now she has taken over from jen. Still no response. Next step depending on resolution of this issue will be finding a different company to manage our properties.
