The Best Real-estate experience I have had

I can't speak about other agents, but can only speak about the Agent that I had the privilege of communicating and eventually signed with, Lis Kastellorizios Sutton was and is highly professional and the most efficient manner that I have ever experienced. From the initial viewing of the property on a Saturday Morning to informing my partner and I of the successful application by Tuesday morning to having the lease agreement/ contract signed that afternoon was absolutely Amazing. Not being in the industry but certainly understand processes, due diligence to the actual owner. background checks as well as internal and external checks and balances was done and completed in a manner that was one of the most efficient processes that I have seen, and I am thankful and grateful that she was the agent in my circumstance. My partner and I, both have very demanding professions which is also highly stressful and having a smooth and efficient agent was both personally and professionally rewarding, which meant after a hectic day at work we didn't have another added stress. it was a relief knowing that the agent was again. so proficient and professional.
