Very Disappointing

Moved into unit 10days after previous tenants moved out. The place was grubby couch filthy with stains which I had to get steam cleaned.fans coated in dust, one of the two chairs on balcony completely broken and just left out there unusable. the runners on curtains were 80% all snapped off so curtains were all hanging off onto floor.no attempt at all had been made to fix them or to make it look presentable. Pretty disappointing walking into a new rental after the real estate had been in and done there report seen all these things and couldn’t care less to bother to fix or clean any of it.
