Achieved a quick sale in a tough market

After observing the Darwin CBD apartment market and watching so many apartments sitting online for months, we hesitantly decided to test the market with our two bedroom apartment. The first two agents we engaged advised us (and appreciative of their honesty) that they would not be the right agents to sell our apartment due to over supply in the CBD and general market conditions, and we were referred to Daniel as being the CBD expert for such a sale. It was a seamless process and we had it on the market in no time. A few weeks in Daniel received a query as to whether we would be interested in renting the apartment back out - impressively Daniel turned this into a sale and in days we had a signed contract for our asking price. Couldn't have asked for a better result and hats off to Daniel who turned a rental enquiry into a sale in what has been a very difficult market. Would highly recommend Daniel.
