not what you'd expect from an auction

I bought this house at auction and had my finances ready - 2 days after the agreed settlement date (30 days after auction) we were vacating our rental - and flying overseas - our furniture would be in our new house. My conveyancer mentioned the contract was very "simple" and one sided but i was not fazed- So when the owner delayed the settlement date and I had no recourse and they told me that young Stewie had adviced them against letting us move in before the delayed settlement - even though the house was empty - I was just slightly peeved - fortunately the previous owner did let us move in while they sorted whatever it was that I never quite understood was the problem.

Get the job done right

Tough decision , a bit of chance involved, finding the correct real estate agent. Luckily enough we chose Stewie. He was patient as it took us a while to get the property sale ready, but once we pulled the trigger the house was sold within 21 days at auction. Communication was continuous and the process was fairly painless. I fully recommend Stewie Martin to sell your property. Take the luck out of it and give Stewie a ring.
