Friendly and Good Agent

Before we consider Braden to handle the sales of our house, we talked to two different Realestate Agents. We find that the two first agents we asked were not interested and got negative feed back from them in regards to selling the house. One of them did not even want to come and see the house and just gave us low market value. When we had the meeting with Braden, straight away I felt his friendship and he is very optimistic that there will be someone there that will be interested.
