Sales Agent Review/Report

We found Simon to be reliable, very knowledgeable of the local property market, a great communicator and focussed on selling our property. He worked hard to attract/find potential buyers and was honest in his appraisal of the property and its market value at the time we were selling. His suggestion of going to auction was the right one as we sold the property via that process, albeit the selling price was probably a little lower and via the 'normal' process.
