We dealt with Sascha on the purchase of our home in the Narrows, she was very knowledgable of the area and had sold numberous houses in the suburb. From the get go Sascha was very helpful in the negotiations with the seller and always maintained good communications to see where we were at. Sascha was a fantastic agent to buy from but from what we saw we're confident she would be a great agent to sell through and if we ever did sell we would be using her!

Pleasure to work with.

Sascha understood our wants for the sale of the property and did everything in her power to achieve our desired outcome. Being a first time seller she help us through the process and took time to explain in layman terms what to expect. Unfortunately the market dictated the final price but she went hard in the negotiations to get the final sale price close to what we were after. It was a good outcome for us in the depressed market.
