Honest, Focused, Presentable and Guaranteed Results
In an industry packed full of pushy agents who over promise and under deliver and just want to make a quick buck for themselves, we were glad (and lucky) that we had found Mukul (Mick). We had met with other agents to determine who we would engage to sell our property and from the very start Mukul clearly stood out from the pack. From our first meeting Mukul was well presented, on time and well organised. He thoroughly explained the process, asked us for our thoughts and expectations, gave an honest opinion on the reality of what we wanted and was upfront with all costs involved. At no time did we feel like we were being pushed to sign with him. He was the first agent that we met and still went back to him after meeting some others because of the good impression and rapport that he made with us. I would definatley recommend his AAA+ service and the experience that we had. During the entire process he was an absolute pleasure to deal with and with his knowledge and large client base we got the offer that we wanted before the auction was due to take place!! When it's time for me to secure some more properties or sell any i will be going straight back to Mukul!!
