Maria was my first real estate agent and I couldn’t have asked for a better person! After going to countless inspections and communicating with other agents and landlords I was so tired. But I was so happy to secure my lease at my current property with Real Estate Edge. Not only was Maria, Nancy and the team prompt with their communication but I also felt reassured and taken care of. Maria especially has such a welcoming and warm personality. Even when there were a few issues I wanted to fix up in the property, the agency made sure to take care of it as soon as possible. As an international student, it’s quite hard in the current housing market and I have been rejected before simply for not being a domestic tenant. But from the start Maria treated my application fairly and was considerate with my time difference as well as I was out of the country at the time I was offered the lease.
