BUZZ IS THE MAN!!! FORGET ABOUT ANY OTHER AGENTS AND GO WITH THIS GUY.

Sorry for shouting at you in that headline but now that I've got your attention let me tell you why Buzz is the best agent I've ever worked with. Buzz came onto the management of our listing after it had already been on the market for a period and mishandled by other agent. This agent had effectively led prospective buyers down a path of unrealistic price expectations, was talking the market down and cajoling us to settle to get an "easy" result. When Buzz came onto the management of our listing he had to reset the expectations of prospective buyers, talk up the value of the property and he did this with artful, and dignified grace. It was not an easy task but in a few months he was able to bring about an agreed price that was ~+25% on the prior offers. Further to this there was complexity with the vendor group as there were multiple parties to negotiate the terms of settlement with and he also proved his mettle as an effective negotiator at both ends of the transaction. A day before settlement there were still terms that hadn't been met by one party regarding the final presentation & inclusions of the property, Buzz leveraged his past experience in the building industry along with his professional/trade connections, and put in significant 11th hour work to bring about the necessary outcomes to enable settlement.
