She Answers Her Phone!

After being referred to Janis from neighbours, it was a delight meeting her in person. Janis has wonderful relationship skills and we created our very own relationship immediately. Janis was very informed, has an amazing memory for detail and the local market, making us feel very comfortable in what is sometimes an anxious adventure. What I appreciated most about Janis was her responding to any phone calls or emails immediately or very soon after - we never waited long for her to respond. Not always a common trait with agents. She quelled all our questions (and nerves!) with much logic and advice. Our timing to sell wasn't perfect, however, Janis was able to keep the momentum going with constant follow ups with buyers - keeping us in the loop at all times. Overall, I would categorise Janis as a wonderful communicator who is absolutely on your side at all times. We were very very happy with Janis's services - she knows the market so very well and was able to close our sale with both happy vendors and buyers.
