About Gary

Gary commenced selling Real Estate in 1988 and moved to the current office location in July 1992 where he also began to manage residential rental property. His early years were spent on an acreage in the foothills at Teringie and in 1999, Gary and his family moved to Rostrevor. Gary believes you can’t be the best at Real Estate everywhere so has concentrated listing, selling and renting properties near the office (mainly in the Campbelltown Council Area). Keeping in constant contact and knowing the buyers and tenants already looking in these areas greatly reduces the time on market. Gary has negotiated over 1500 sales in his time since 1988, selling the same property sometimes several times over. Welcome to Real Estate Partners. Our office opened in June 1990, currently owned & operated by 5 Principals who have decided to re-brand and become REAL ESTATE PARTNERS S.A. The office has always been quite unique, deciding in July 1992 to not employ commission Sales people, however the Principals of the office would deal directly with property owners to service their needs, either with Sales or Property Management. 25 Years later this still remains the same, also wherever possible employing local businesses for our Marketing and Property Maintenance needs and employing 4 full time staff. Athelstone Real Estate Pty Ltd formerly trading as Elders Real Estate Athelstone and now the new and exciting REAL ESTATE PARTNERS S.A., has traded from Mercury Place, 94 Gorge Road Newton and was founded by Paul Simpson in 1990 to service the needs of the fast growing Linear Park region as the Local Market Gardeners were fast subdividing their land into housing allotments from Lower Paradise right through to the top of Highbury. The line up of Principals changed in July 1992 with Gary Musolino still remaining today. The office has grown, especially in the last decade with new Partners and staff breathing new life into the office. Excellent to deal with

We purchased a home from Deborah and the process was very streamlined and with great communication. I have since used her to sell my Mum's home which sold at the first open and for more than we expected. stress free quick sale

John is a down to earth, no drama agent. He simply does the job and does it well, without demands to change this and alter that. He did give us some recommendations to improve saleability but nothing unreasonable. He also recommended some good tradespeople. He sold my parents house in less than 8 days and at a higher price than expected AND managed to get a cash buyer with a short settlement which was ideal, as my parents needed to get the money from the house to pay for their Aged Care rooms. All in all the sale of the house was surprisingly the least stressful part of the process, so thank you John, much appreciated.

Very professional and helpful.

John was very professional and helpful throughout the sale. He had good knowledge of the market and from the start provided us with good and realistic information. It was not an easy sale in a relatively quiet market and subject to Covid-19 restrictions but John was extremely patient, helpful and encouraging and guided me through every step to achieve the final result.
