Situated in the quiet South Sussex Inlet, the home is approximately 10 minutes away from Lions Park where you will find a boat ramp to launch the boat, a playground area for the kids to enjoy and undercover BBQ huts and seating for public use. The cottage is also a short drive to the beach and the local Surf Club.
This three-bedroom, recently renovated home is self contained with a comfortable, light filled living area, a well stocked kitchen and dining room, modern bathroom with free-standing bathtub and separate shower, internal laundry with an additional toilet, and a fully fenced yard with BBQ area and outdoor dining setting.
