Impressed!

We are a few months into renting with Real Property Specialists and cannot fault the experience we have had with the team. We worked with Rachelle during the application process and, Lauren is our Property Manager. I have rented my entire life and, as an adult, interacted with several real estate agents and property managers. I've had a couple who were wonderful but most do leave you with the feeling that you're not that important, you're only the tenant after all. I moved from properties at the end of lease agreements, I had intended to renew, due to a lack of effort and communication from property managers. Renting is, more often than not, a disheartening experience. With Lauren, when I call... she answers! It's crazy. When I email, she responds. Lauren is professional, knowledgeable and prompt with all queries. I genuinely feel like she cares about our living experience and, if I were the owner of the property we rent, I would be ecstatic to know she really cares about their investment. Before applying for any property I try to go through online reviews for other renter's experiences. I wanted to share ours to reassure anyone considering a rental property through Real Property Specialists that you will be in good hands. If I ever have an investment property, I also won't hesitate to have the team manage my property. 11/10 recommend!
