The team at Real Property Specialists was incredible! Not only do they provide excellent service, they secured another great tenant on the first open home day for us when the current tenants is about to move out, leaving only a few days gap of non occupancy. In my eyes that’s exceptional work & a lot of planning that has gone into this. They always take time to explain / remind us of our obligations as landlord & ensures that we meet these obligations & our home is compliant for our tenants. The system they use to capture our agreement or acceptance is super user friendly saving us time in have to go into the office is so great as we don’t live close by.
