The best agent by far and achieving me the best possible result in the sale of my apartment

Jack at Realm Property came to me highly recommended by a close friend when deciding whether or not to sell my apartment. At first meeting, I was already impressed by Jack’s “non pushy” approach and his sympathetic demeanour, and complete understanding of my hesitation to sell my apartment at the time. He was more than happy to negotiate the commission and more importantly, respected my concerns with the unpredictability of the real estate market at the time. He truly understood my financial and property situation and never pushed me during my delay to sell. If anything, he was a sympathetic ear and reassured me that he will do his best to look after me when the time is right for me. Ava from Realm Property was also amazing during this nervous period of my life as to whether to sell or not, and both Ava and Jack both became my confidants when I needed some advice or to just share what I was thinking in regards to my property situation. So fast forward three months later, I finally took the leap and put my trust in both Jack and Ava…..my apartment was listed for sale, had one open house inspection and sold within the first five days….and the best part was…..they achieved the price I wanted. I cannot sing their praises enough and am forever grateful for assisting me in one of the most stressful times of my life and achieving me the best possible price.
