Special Conditions/Terms by owner:
* A battleaxe lot is being created at the rear of the property. Works will commence during the term of the lease.
* A Temporary fence will be erected between the rear and front lots initially and a permanent fence once initial site works are complete.
* Carport and 2 rear sheds will be demolished. These are not available for use by the tenant.
* The existing washing line will be replaced with a wall mounted washing line on the side of the property. The side gate will upgraded so that it is no longer see through.
* There will be some disruptions to power, water and sewerage during site works however these are expected to minimal and notice will be given when these will occur.
* Once site works are complete construction will commence on the rear lot and new carport for the front lot. Notice will not be provided when construction workers access the site.
* During construction there will only be space for a maximum of 2 cars at the front of the property
