Overall great experience and service

Our experience with Mick was superb to start with. He made himself available and provided us with an honest and transparent service. However the day of settlement was a disappointment. We had to chase him to ensure he had received the legal paperwork And the key to house was left under the mat, so there was no Meeting at the office first, no congratulations, no card or gift to make it feel special. There has been no communication from him since either (other than to provide a review). Overall it was good but this lack of interest once the deal was done, really let the service down.
