Sharon Orlandini was such a 'breath of fresh air' when I first met her....I knew she would get the job of selling my house done... in a flash!!! She exudes positivity and confidence...has a warm, approachable personality and was consistently delightful to communicate with! She has experience in property marketing in the Burleigh area which gave me great encouragement...knowing she would have a data base that was relevant to my requirements and sure enough, the first person to view my house with her...bought it!!! All subsequent paperwork and queries were dealt with efficiently in no nonsense, fuss free manner. I felt like I was working with a friend rather than a real estate agent...many of whom I am sure, like lots of people are rather wary. I had every trust in Sharon from start to finish and I highly recommend you engage her for your real estate requirements. I sure know I will in the future!!
