Bianca accesses industry databases to advise vendors of activity and current market price. Bianca is also open to discussing strategies to maximise yield. Communication: Bianca stayed in regular contact with us during the preparation of our house for marketing. She regularly visited us at the house to gauge progress and to provide sensible advice on the scope of the preparation so as not to over capitalise the property. Bianca also provided contacts to assist with the preparation of the house for sale. Avenues for communication were in person, by telephone, email and SMS. Bianca is personable and very professional so we felt at ease at all times. Professionalism: Bianca and the whole team at Realty Blue demonstrated very professional and ethical standards.
