This house sale is first since built. As an engineer I have designed a number of homes with many site specific considerations including passive solar concepts, layout to work best with view and livability within the home and site layout offering best future potential for growth as a family entertaining home. We also built on a larger block to allow for a comfortable outdoor entertaining family lifestyle which works in well within Warner Lakes Estate. We had a few agents view the property and Patrick was the only one that when inspecting the home understood the features and lifestyle benefits built into the house and it's location and views. Patrick also showed a real passion for his work with an enthusiasm to bring the right type of purchasers and homes together. Patrick managed to have a young family view the home prior to the listing sale date and they offered to purchase subject to the home not receiving any other offers. We readily agreed a sale price and the process went quickly and seamlessly with Patrick advising us of any purchaser requests which we happily accommodated.
