Excellent, excellent, excellent!

Howard was great to deal with from the start, and we knew straight away that his approach was personalised and perfectly suited our home and us - not a 'one size fits all' marketing plan. He gave us great advice about how to best achieve a quick sale at a price that we were happy with. Our home sold within 5 weeks and we were ecstatic until we found ourselves in a tricky situation with Brisbane City Council that put us in jeopardy of our sale falling through. This is when Howard's expertise really came to the fore. Howard guided us through a difficult situation with Council, spending many hours working on our behalf to resolve the issues, all the while keeping in touch with our buyer so he remained committed to completing the purchase as planned. All this takes exemplary negotiation and people skills, Howard has both in spades. He is a terrific communicator, and was in constant contact with us when things got rough, guiding us through things so that our stress levels stayed somewhat under control! The house settled on time as planned - happy vendors! Howard's commitment to us as his clients was amazing. He went over and above what I think we could have reasonably expected from another agent in the same circumstances, and we are so grateful. We can't rate Howard's service higher than 5 stars - if we could it would be a hundred!
