Colin Street was recommended to me by the management team at my unit complex. The sale of my unit was not straight forward as I had tenants with a long contract in place. Communication in this case was key and Colin always kept me informed and managed the communication between all parties involved - unit complex management team, body corporate, tenants, new buyer and even tradespeople. Some items from the building report needed correction and Colin even assisted with communicating with the tradespeople so that the restoration work was completed in a timely manner as it was key to the sale going unconditional on time.
