Professionalism at its Best!

During a really tough & emotional time selling our Mothers home with Grant Davison realty was made so easy to deal with . Grant was professional, knowledgeable about the surrounds & market value of homes in the area & got us top price which we didn’t expect ! Grant communicated on a daily basis as our process wasn’t just as simple as selling a house ! There was a lot involved due to Mum’s s passing & solicitors to deal with as well ! Grant & Donna inspected the house offered professional advice on how to prepare the home for photos & open house . The home had a generous offer within days but due to the probate & transmission of the estate , settlement had to be delayed but that did not hinder the sale whatsoever. I highly recommend Grant , he was compassionate & showed empathy during a really tough time for myself & siblings . If you want the best agent you found him !
