Market knowledge excellent. She told us when to list, not too early before Xmas. We listed early Jan. She priced the property well. Not too high as to drive off the real buyers. and leave an unsold listing. 2. Communication. Excellent. Built confidence in her knowledge of how to sell, when to sell, and how to price it for a sale in the optimal time. She gave us advice on how to present the property well. Got us to de-clutter! and then came in to take her professional photos. A work of art! 3. Professionalism. She was very professional and handled the hurdles which came us. Her pricing was good and we got 2 offers close to her listing price. We sold just in time to see the market dynamics change as the peak had passed. We sold just in time!
