Consummate Professional and attention to detail

When we interviewed Wayne prior to appointing an agent, we were immediately impressed with his understanding of our needs and his broad understanding of the market and his gentle way of explaining the market as a whole. We appointed Wayne and were immediately grateful as he swung into action, not just selling our property, but also preparing the property to be the best it could possibly be.
