We first meet Janine ( and Michelle) when we were looking at down sizing in the same area. Lake Eacham / Peeramon area. It was only a matter of weeks and we had our perfect place and at a price we could afford. Then it was time to market our property and start on our move into Peeramon. Janine is very professional. Her knowledge of the area and where the market is sitting is excellent, this gave us the best outcome without the long wait. Janine has her finger on the pulse 100% of the time, and continued to market our property even after we had a contract, just incase it fell over. Always has a backup plan. This then actually happened to us, but Janine had buyers ready to sign the next day, so the settlement date was nearly the same.
