Karen was fantastic to work with

We live in another state to where our property was located. To have someone with Karen's experience and work ethic was very comforting. Karen was always approachable and not at any stage were we wondering what was happening with our property sale as Karen always kept us up to date with the activity of the sale. We initially had a sale but nearing to settlement the first purchaser failed at the last hurdle. It was a phone call Karen didn’t want to make! But it was only a week or so later that Karen had received another offer from a interested party with even a greater offer! We accepted the offer and we have now parted with the property! We couldn’t rate Karen any higher than 5 stars as that was the highest available!!!
