•Michelle responded to vendors requirements above suggested market value. Also had access to interested buyers with an interest in the area. Negotiated contract terms i.e. time to unconditional, and time to settlement to accommodate both parties. Encouraged cash buyer to lodge funds prior to settlement to allow vendor to complete further contract without double handling of furniture etc. Advised vendor of responsibilities re fire alarm certificate. Tax office requirements and others I am too old to remember. At all times was MICHELLE cordial, informative, but at all times non-demanding. I was happy to pay the commission above the competitors for the efficiency provided. My only disappointment was I had to settle for a telephone HUG on the road to my next challenge.
